• Backup assistance, helping you find the right drive and walk you through it or do it for you.
• Training. If you feel embarrassed about your computer knowledge, let's sit down and learn together.
• Help you buy a new computer. Don't worry. I won't push you to buy any specific brand. I'll help you buy what you want and help you stay within (or very close to) your budget!

Prices are simple.

• $25 up front to look at your computer.

• $50/hr after that – the $25 up front goes toward this amount.

For most hardware problems, I can refer you to someone else. No charge for that! :)
